Hold My Hand

Sparsh & Shinaya got together during the early Spring days. Season's cycle is in its last quarter and Sparsh is pretty sure Shinaya will never let him fall away in spite of the fact that she is just untouched till now with all his efforts....!!

During the early spring season
You entered in my life for a reason.
We had lot of talks
And silently love emerges on the walks.

You warned me not to fall in the flow
But you yourself allowed it to grow.
Suddenly we both fell into the trap
Love was all around having eyes covered with strap.

I was so happy after getting you
It was an unforeseen dream which came true.
Good days wont lasts as all is flux nothing stays still
You went away breaking all the promises against my will.

Since then I have been running so long
Winter came keeping me all alone.
Still there remains lot of moisture in my eyes
But you are just untouched ignoring all my tries.

May be I have made lot of mistakes
But I always try to give you my best.
Never mind in losing all the argument with you just to avoid fight
Being with you in every situation is all my plight.

You have added colors to my life
Like an ink drop does with water light.
You are the only one with whom I have walked that extra mile
As you are the only reason I have to smile.

It hurts me a lot
When you treat me like an ordinary odd.
Are those "effects" not enough for you to make me feel special
Or you have someone else more influential.

Sudden flashbacks reminds me of those amazing days
I wonder will ever be able to live them again in ways.
Not sure of anything as mist of confusion surrounds
But all I need is fragrance of you all around.

Your behavior is making me shattered
May be you find my emotions fractured.
But I promise I would love fighting with you
Rather than loving someone else more than you.

Don't have any idea how long I will be able to continue with the flow
I am very much tired and ready to melt like snow.
One day my eyes will get close and this journey will get end
But I am sure before that you will Hold my Hand !!

Still.. I am in you !!

Sparsh, a low profile average looking undesirable guy losing his ground on the tough path of love. He is too tired of trying and unable to prove his worth in front of Shinaya, a girl full of indescribable beauty.

I still remember the time
When you were mine.
Now time has changed, so as you
What remains unchanged is spark of your shine.

Everyday I wake up with a hope
Whole day passes down by finding the scope.
Sometimes I feel I’m all done and tired of trying
In the end I find this struggle worthy as you are in my soul.

I am old fashioned as I take relationships seriously
I act and pretend like full of curiosity.
I am not perfect and I don’t deserve an Angel like you
But I am all yours sincerely.

I get jealous I get mad
I do care as you are my fate.
I don’t want anyone else to find out how amazing you really are
As I’m living a dream to be your life mate.

We met accidently for a reason
Pretty early I felt for you as it was a love season.
Whole world conspired me to realize you are not worthy enough for this feeling
But I continue of trying hard to prove you a blessing rather than a lesson.

Many times I stumbled, trembled and felt unsecure
I have been lied to and get hurt on this detour.
Moments came when my mind finds its over
Persistence is all my heart learned by keeping me endure.

Oh’ Girl please understand the things from my side too
I don’t know the dirty tricks to make you woo.
No mind games and no lies is the key of honest relationship
My worst fear is losing you so give me a chance as I don’t deserve a queue.

You possess an Angelic twinkle
Sunshine smile of yours gives my heart love sprinkle.
Even a thought of you is enough to drive me crazy
Come to me baby, my earth has stopped moving and heart is tired of getting wrinkled.

I have a dream to be with you
Love is too weak a word for what I feel for you.
You have bewitched my body and soul
Just give me sign so that I can follow the avenue.

I have decided to stick with the path of loving you
I just hate the idea of anyone else having you.
Miracles do happen every day and I just need one for me
As still… I am in you !!

AAP: An Alternative not a Substitute

Since the announcement of state assembly elections all eyes stuck to the capital of India, not because of Gandhi’s or Modi’s but because of a new political party Aam Aadmi Party. The real success of an election for any political party measured by the number of seats they win in respective election but this time things are different. This time things are not just limited to wining number of seats but it’s a matter of confidence for Congress, matter of pride for BJP and matter of existence for AAP.

Famous musician and artist Kurt Cobain once said “They laugh at me because I'm different; I laugh at them because they're all the same”. These lines impeccably describe the current political situation of the national capital. The giants of the game are making fun of newly formed party, considering it a fad group and questioning its existence in terms of votes but the inside story says both are scared of the new born party. Aam Aadmi Party is acting like a trend setter this time and others are just following and copying its strategies.

The basic and most praiseworthy difference lies between Aam Aadmi Party and others is that AAP has a strong volunteer base and others have huge money and power base. For AAP people are serving, for others people are working. As name suggests Aam Aadmi’s are selflessly living every single day and night for AAP to accomplish the dream of Swaraj.

“Why should I vote for AAP?” This is the most floating question among the people of Delhi. It is good to ask questions in a democracy and much better scenario is to get answer of those questions. That’s what makes AAP different from others as they have all the answers in their pocket; exaggerating further they are providing answers even before getting the questions raised. They have a vision to decentralize the power and to bring direct involvement of people into the governance. To understand the idea of AAP, we must go into the fabrication of its roots. Like many other parties they have emerged from an agitation but what make them different are their intentions and the sacrifices which they made into the past.

Many people left their jobs, students have sidelined their studies, some have donated their houses and shops, poor have bestowed their earning, NRI’s have come to India and many others have donated huge amounts just to bring down the idea of Swaraj into existence. The populist face of Aam Aadmi Party and its national convener Arvind Kejriwal is the most admiring leader because he has shown courage to put everything on stake, a career, a comfortable living and even his life (Being diabetic he sat for 15 day long fast).

Today a thought of India shows a picture of poverty, corruption, communalism, poor infrastructure and many others problems. From last 66 years of post-independence we are fighting with these basic issues and Arvind Kejriwal led AAP has dramatically flourish his party's election symbol, the broom while vow to flounce out the rubbish that has accrue over the decades. The results of Delhi Assembly elections 2013 will not only decide the future of AAP but also the future of country politics. The results will determine whether it is feasible to take a fight with well established, powerful, and richer political class or we are just bound to substitute one established giant of this field with the other.

For a broader picture the real concern is not about the next move of Arvind Kejriwal if he loses this time but the more elaborative and thoughtful concern is what will happen to the idea of corruption free well developed India. This election will not only determine the future of Arvind Kejriwal or his party AAP but on a greater node it will determine the future of the people of India. An India which no longer concerned about the government malfunctioning, an India which is far ahead of Hindu-Muslim issues, an India which no longer concerned about poverty, an India which no longer felt insulted due to the corruption instead of all this AAP has providing an alternative to null out all these silly issues to see a bigger picture of exultant and prosperous India.

Being Arvind Kejriwal: Transforming Rage to an Aspiration

In last 2 years the most lingering personality who has proactively occupied Indian media is Arvind Kejriwal and the simple reason behind that his naturally matchless ways and approach towards his goals. If I need to describe his core personality in a single line then I believe the given words will do the job better than anything else “Aspire to inspire before you expire”.

In the year 2011, an angry young Man wearing long old shirts and pants appears on TV with the sayings which are close to the heart of a common man. He along with Anna Hazare took a stand against corruption and started fight for an independent body ‘Lokpal’. After getting ways apart from Anna, Arvind has single handedly managed to fight with the top political guns of India and the strength that conspired him to stand firmly in every situation came from the rage which he has against the current political system.

The faith and credibility which he earned among the common people are the domino effect of the sacrifices which he made during his early stage of life. Reminisce of a Man who has studied from prestigious IIT, got job at Tata Steel and later worked as an IRS officer, what else has remain after achieving all this for a common middle class Indian. But for Arvind all these accomplishment were not sufficient as he has some other plans in his mind. He is full of fury against the corrupt system where the poor is getting poorer and rich is getting richer.

Arvind left the job at Tata Steels as he found the same was not his cup of tea. He considered joining Indian Administrative Services could give him a chance to enter into the system and to give back something to the society. Just after giving the exams he went to Kolkata and joined Ramakrishna Mission and Nehru Yuva Kendra. It was to some degree out of the box as everybody around him was planning to go abroad to earn money but he has his own beliefs and he was so desperate to work for the social cause. While working as an IRS officer he started an NGO ‘Parivartan’ and it was his first footstep towards the larger pictures for which he was looking for. Later he quit IRS also and dedicate himself completely in the social work. Arvind won the Ramon Magsaysay Award for Emergent Leadership in 2006 for his contribution to the enactment of the Right to Information Act and for his efforts to empower the poorest citizens of India.

Life is full of miracles and this short little Man has more to achieve. In the year 2011 he along with Anna Hazare appears on every news channel and became the voice of billions of Indians who are frustrated from the current political scenario. After the debacle of Lokpal Movement, Arvind thought of entering politics and formed Aam Aadmi Party. His idea of entering in politics was welcomed and criticized but his ambitions helped him to go with his chosen direction.

Delhi Election is the first battleground for him and his party. They have got some success in the initial stage as many surveys are giving them respectable amount of seats. Arvind’s idea of ‘Swaraj’ is no doubt a form of real democracy but it has some flaws also. But again, being optimist is the way to welcome this new party in the political arena. If AAP gets success then surely it will be a new beginning for the democracy of India. Arvind has transformed his rage against the corrupt system in more logical way to attain his aspiration of a real democracy where people have all the rights in their hands.

All the Best Arvind Kejriwal!

5 Ways to Reduce Ecommerce Checkout Abandonment

It is very hurtful for seller when his customer went out of the scene from halfway. Ecommerce Checkout Abandonment is the same things which happen on a usual rate of 65% on online stores. Every Shopping cart cotes a magnificent depiction of the features they offer but still they won’t guarantee a purchase every time.
Optimization of shopping cart is necessary so that more number of customers will go through their purchases. There are various ways and by implementing them retailer can decrease the rate of cart abandonment. Here are the 5 most effective way to keep the customer till complete checkout process:
  1. Free Shipping Cost: A study shows a big number of users change their mind after seeing a shipping rate on the cart. As there are number of Ecommerce websites available worldwide and many of them allow customer to take away product without any shipping or handling cost. It’s a common phenomenon that everyone wants pay less and get more and if some other website is selling the same product with no shipping cost than there are good chances that you will lose him due to the same reason.

  1. Wide variety of payment options: To provide ease of use to customer online store must consist of various payment options. These include a variety of credit cards and third-party online payment services such as PayPal. Apart from these digital payment options, they also receive payments for online purchases via check

  1. Win Trust: Customers sometimes get confuse and leave the cart when they see that the amount which they are about to pay are not in safe hands. Security badges, SSL (secure sockets layer) certificates, lock icons, privacy policies and “shop with confidence” links can all ease a customer’s fears of sharing personal information with you.

  1. Allow Guest Checkout and keep the checkout process short: It happened usually that customer can abandon when asked to register before checking out. Also a study shows 29% of online shoppers do not like proprietary registration forms during check out. Unless you absolutely must require registration, test a guest checkout and see how much it impacts conversion.

  1. Make cart items visible all the times: Customers get annoyed sometimes by keep backtracking and navigating a site just to find their existing shopping cart and check the items ready for purchase. Though it’s simpler from a technical standpoint to create customer shopping carts on a separate page from your e-commerce store, customers need ready access to the cart regardless of the page they are on.

I Hope given points will help retailers to decrease the Abandonment rate during Ecommerce Checkout process.
